Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PVT Groups’s services and website (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Submit your work requests at the beginning of the month, through the ticketing system provided in the initial email. New requests after the fifth of the month, are considered but placed on a lower queue. The delivery date, a new meeting, or questions regarding this new scope of work will be provided within 72 hours or less.
If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use our Services.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription to our Services at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing or via email.
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation.
- You will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the effective date of cancellation.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
- Upon cancellation, access to our Services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
